If you look around our Web site, you’ll notice that we don’t offer online shopping. Wouldn’t this put us at a disadvantage to the other large e-shops? We don’t think so. We believe that the only way to truly provide a high level of customer service is to interact with you. If you already know exactly what you want, fine. Just give us a call or send us email and if the item is in stock we’ll turn around and ship it to you the same of next business day. If the item is not in stock, we can certainly order it for you and, in some cases, drop ship directly from the manufacturer. If you have questions or need advise about selecting a frame, wheels, parts, accessories, or any other items, please call us. We know what it’s like to miss a day or two of riding while waiting for an product exchange to finally arrive.
